Marina Burdman

Author of the feature film “Dela's Bar” in development by Migdal Filmes/HBO Max, and co-author of “Jogada Ensaiada” (Vitrine Filmes), winner of the Cabíria Award 2021. She is co-creator of the series Maria Chuteira. She works as a freelance reviewer at Conspiração Filmes and was curator of the feature films category of the Cabíria Award in 2022 and 2019. She was a member of the curation team of Canal Curta! and the website Porta Curtas!, where she scripted several inter programme and participated in the jury of film festivals and business roundtables representing the channel. She worked as a researcher at Fundação Casa de Rui Barbosa,  has a master's degree in Letters from PUC-Rio and is a PhD student in Social Communication with research in audiovisual narratives. In 2024, she will teach at the course "Inside true crimes: narrative strategies in serial works" at PUC-Rio.
